Thiago Pastorelli Rodrigues is a Researcher at the ICCT’s Sao Paulo office, where he develops studies to promote energy efficiency policies for vehicles in Brazil. Prior to joining the ICCT, he was a Researcher at the Energy Research Office (EPE) of the Brazilian Federal Government. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Sao Paulo, an MA from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, and a BA from the University of Sao Paulo. His academic interests lie at the intersection of energy transition and economic development.
